What I've Been Up To
As mentioned on the Home page, I have done a little bit of everything over the course of my career. This page highlights some of my most recent projects and a couple of past projects.
My Latest Projects

WINDOW FASHIONISTA [03/2022]
I recently helped, Kempler Design, a local business create a second website - WindowFashionista.com - for their expanding national coverage. I spent about a week creating a basic website and then taking several blog posts from their original website and editing them to work with the new site.
I then assisted them with their YouTube channel's SEO. - Kempler Design Window Fashions

This product video was created for Live Event Stream Automotive. I worked with their team to refine the script. I did the voiceover and editing for this video.
TRAINING COURSE [2021]
While working for an automotive merchandising company, I created a training program called Core Auto Training (CAT).
I created content for this course, which included writing the content, shooting videos and photos, recording the voiceover, and editing the videos.
Past Projects
RUSTIC SHOE CADDY

While managing a vacation home property in Montana, the owner asked if I could find a shoe caddy that would fit the cabin decor.
I got the idea for this on Pinterest. It's made out of pallet wood and steel gas pipe.
GYM EQUIPMENT
Ever since shows like Monster Garage came out, I wanted to learn to weld. While living in Montana, a good friend of mine started to teach me.
The little gym that I went to did not have a lot of equipment, and I wanted to be able to do bodyweight exercises like pull-ups.
I told the gym owner if he would cover the cost of the material, that I would build the equipment. Since he did not own the space, his only requirement was that it would not need to be screwed into the wall.

I got started by creating a digital 3D model in SketchUp. This allowed me to create a material list.
My friend told me that I could use his shop and equipment as long as I got the job done quickly.
It took me about two days to cut and weld everything. I designed it with legs along the back that would lock into the indentation in the wall.
While it was by no means the best-looking equipment, I was still proud of it because it was my first solo welding project.
